A 21 year old San Andreas woman was driving her Toyota northbound on State Route 49, south of Pool Station Road at approximately 25 mph and beginning to slow to a stop.  She came to a stop and was preparing to make a left turn onto Pool Station Road.  Due to the Valley Spring man&#8217;s unsafe speed he was unable to stop.  Consequently, the front end of GMC collided with the back end of the Toyota.
