\nCity Council appreciates your interest and encourages your participation. Regularly scheduled meetings are
\nheld the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. The Agenda is divided into two sections:
\nCONSENT AGENDA: These matters include routine financial and administration actions and are usually
\napproved by a single majority vote.<\/p>\n
REGULAR AGENDA: These items include significant financial and administration action of special interest,
\nhearings and work sessions.
\nNOTE: The numerical order of items on this agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken out of
\norder upon request of the Mayor or Council Members. All questions shall be directed to the Mayor who, at
\nhis\/her discretion, will refer to staff.

PUBLIC COMMENT
\nThis portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Council on any matter not on the
\nagenda. State law prohibits the City Council from acting upon matters not listed on the agenda. Matters
\nraised by the public will be automatically referred to Staff or placed on the next meeting\u2019s Agenda. Each
\nspeaker has a maximum of three minutes for public comment. The Mayor may reduce the amount of time
\nbased on the number of persons wishing to speak. If others have already expressed your position, you may
\nsimply indicate that you agree with a previous speaker. If appropriate, a spokesperson may present the views
\nof your entire group. Speakers may not disrupt the meeting or use profanity.
