The painting was completed sometime around 11 o&#8217;clock. The vandal group consisted of people who begin painting the Frog 39 years ago, along with some young ladies, who are continuing the tradition through today. Check out the great job they did in the street at the intersection of Highway 49 and old Highway 4.
