Murphys, CA…CHP is reporting a black cow on the right hand side of the roadway near French Gulch & Murphys Grade Road. The officer told her she would have to return to her enclosure. She feels discriminated against because dog walking is celebrated but when a cow tries to go for a walk it is frowned upon.
