Party #1 (Baca) was driving Vehicle #1 (Pontiac), at approximately 45 mph, following a short distance behind Vehicle #2. Party #1 failed to notice Vehicle #2 slowing, subsequently the front of Vehicle #1 collided with the rear of Vehicle #2.  Vehicle #2 was pushed off of the roadway, onto the north shoulder of SR-12.  Vehicle #1&#8217;s path was diverted to the left, directly into the path of Vehicle #3.  Seeing Vehicle #1 traveling towards her, Party #3  swerved Vehicle #3 to the right.
