He was riding at an unknown speed, approaching a right curve in the roadway.  He failed to safely negotiate the curve in the roadway and collided with the guardrail ejecting both he and his passenger.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37824\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately he did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased at Doctor&#8217;s Medical Center in Modesto.  Amy Oxender 57, of Sonora sustained minor injuries and was treated at Sutter Amador Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Alcohol and or drugs are not considered to be a factor in this collision.
