Lokey was driving his Peterbuilt westbound on SR-12, west of Southworth Rd, at an unknown speed.  Due to Giles level of intoxication, he failed to maintain a direct course of travel and allowed the Ford to leave the roadway. After the collision Giles was transported to San Joaquin General Hospital.
