\n\u201cJob gains continued to be strong in the month of July,\u201d said Ahu Yildirmaz, vice president and co-head of
\nthe ADP Research Institute. \u201cHowever, as the labor market tightens employers may find it more difficult
\nto recruit qualified workers.\u201d
\nMark Zandi, chief economist of Moody\u2019s Analytics, said, \u201cThe American job machine continues to operate
\nin high gear. Job gains are broad-based across industries and company sizes, with only manufacturers
\nreducing their payrolls. At this pace of job growth, unemployment will continue to quickly decline.\u201d<\/p>\n
The matched sample used to develop the ADP National Employment Report was derived from ADP
\npayroll data, which represents 411,000 U.S. clients employing nearly 24 million workers in the U.S. The
\nJune total of jobs added was revised up from 158,000 to 191,000.
