Carey was driving a 2017 Chevy northbound on O\u2019Byrnes Ferry Road, south of Duchess Drive at approximately 40-45 mph.  Traffic ahead began to slow\/stop, therefore Party 2 began to slowing\/stop with the traffic ahead.  Due to Lawrence\u2019s unsafe speed he was unable to slow\/stop his Chevy in time.
