The McCormick Fire (4,332 acres) is located north of Fence Creek Road and Clark Fork Road. The Douglas Fire (311 acres) is located south of Douglas Picnic Area and Eureka Valley Campground on Hwy 108. The fire behavior within the complex is minimal with creeping and smoldering. Crews continue to monitor the fire. Fire behavior is expected to be minimal for the next few days. Chance of rain and thunderstorms are forecasted for the afternoon.<br \/>\nThe Complex\u2019s objectives continue to include: firefighter and public safety, manage smoke to avoid unhealthy and hazardous conditions, and to maintain fire dependent ecosystems by restoring the natural fire process to the landscape.<br \/>\nClosures<br \/>\nSouth of Clarks Fork Road, west of Arnot Creek and Camp Liahona will remain under the closure order. Fence Creek Road (Forest Road 6N06), Fence Creek Campground, Wheats Meadow and County Line Trailheads will also remain closed.
