A wealth of information is available on topics such as senior health services, health insurance information, long term and short term care, various support groups will be in attendance, including experts in nutrition, fitness and diabetes. The low cost health screening and services include the five-panel blood analysis, including a chemistry panel, thyroid, complete blood count, lipid panel, iron for women, PSA for men, and vitamin D deficiencies ($45), and Bone Density Screenings ($20). Those participating in the blood analysis need to be fasting after 10pm the night before.
