* WIND…Northeast winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts 20 to 25 mph
\n through the northern and western portions of the Sacramento
\n Valley and locally stronger through aligned canyons and over
\n exposed ridges. Strongest foothill\/mountain winds expected
\n during overnight and morning hours.<\/p>\n
* HUMIDITY…Daytime humidity of 10 to 20 percent with the main
\n concern being poor humidity recovery overnight.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
\n Outdoor burning is not recommended.<\/p>\n
