(\u201cEnbridge\u201d) authorizing Enbridge to increase transport up to a full design capacity of approximately 890,000 barrels per day of crude oil and other hydrocarbons across a three-mile segment at the U.S.-Canada border near Neche, North Dakota, through an existing Enbridge terminal in Superior, Wisconsin. The pipeline was originally permitted in 2009 and constructed in 2010. This new permit was signed and issued by Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs Judith G. Garber, exercising the authorities of the Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy and the Environment.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/us_department_of_state_0_87528.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/us_department_of_state_0_87528.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/us_department_of_state_0_87528-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/us_department_of_state_0_87528-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Department of State reviewed Enbridge\u2019s application in accordance with Executive Order 13337 (April 30, 2004).
