NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CALAVERAS-MARIPOSA COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY (hereinafter “CMCAA”) requests proposals for funding, and will receive proposal packages at the Calaveras Department of Health and Human Services up to the hour of 4:30 p.m. on the 27th day of November, 2017. * A Bidder\u2019s Conference will be held on November 7, 2017 from 1 p.m. \u2013 3 p.m., at the Fire\/Ambulance Administration Building, 18440 Striker Court, Sonora, CA.<\/p>\n
* Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: \u201cCMCAA Proposal 2018\u201d.<\/p>\n
* All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CMCAA in order to determine which vendor best meets the community\u2019s needs as outlined in the CMCAA Strategic Plan and CAP Plan. The criteria by which CMCAA shall evaluate proposals are set forth in the Request for Proposals.<\/p>\n
* The CMCAA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.<\/p>\n
