At 830 AM PST,<\/p>\n
* Heavy rain along and south of Interstate 80 over the past several
\n hours will cause flooding of poor drainage areas or leaf-clogged
\n drains in the advisory area.<\/p>\n
* Rainfall rates may near a half inch per hour. This could result in
\n minor rock or debris flows along mountainous highways and in
\n recent burn scar areas.<\/p>\n

\nSacramento, Stockton, Elk Grove, Roseville, Citrus Heights, Tracy,
\nFolsom, Rocklin, Galt, Auburn, Placerville, Jackson, San Andreas,
