Upon arrival the officer found the subject still on the property, and evaluated him for being under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was subsequently placed under arrest for being under the influence of a controlled substance. While booking the suspect into the jail, suspected methamphetamine was located by jail staff in one of the suspect’s shoes.<\/p>\n
John Corral, a 30 year old Angels Camp resident, was booked on the following charges;<\/p>\n
1) 11550(a) of the CA Health and Safety Code-Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
\n2) 11377(a) of the CA Health and Safety Code-Possession of a Controlled Substance
\n3) 4573 of the CA Penal Code-Smuggle Controlled Substance into a Jail<\/p>\n
