The investigating officer determined that Mr. Donald Denison, of Wilseyville, was driving his 2007 Ford F150 northbound on Schaad Road when he fell asleep behind the wheel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37824\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpsan-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As a result, Mr. Denison&#8217;s Ford traveled off of the roadway, down a hillside, and through several trees, before coming to rest on top of a rock. Fire department personnel used the &#8220;jaws of life&#8221; to free Mr. Denison from his vehicle, and he was flown by helicopter to Modesto for treatment of his injuries. Mr. Denison was wearing his seatbelt during the collision.
