Lee conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a black Chevrolet Tahoe on Yosemite Road at Hershey Road West in Tuolumne early this morning. There were three people in the SUV. Deputy Lee spotted a gun in the SUV just as 25-year-old Alexandro Xavier (pictured in this post) ran from the front passenger seat. Xavier is wanted on a Tuolumne County traffic warrant, San Joaquin County warrants for drug charges, and an Escalon Police Department warrant for a weapons charge. The third person in the SUV, a woman, was released from the scene without any charges.<\/p>\n<p>If you see Xavier, please call us at 209-533-5815. He is 5\u20197\u201d tall and weighs about 135 pounds. Xavier was last seen wearing a light colored Carhartt jacket with a dark colored shirt underneath.
