<\/p>\nSan Andreas, CA…Notice is hereby given that at its regularly scheduled meeting on February 27, 2018 the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance repealing Ordinance #3049 and adding Chapter 2.18 to the Calaveras County Code.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The purpose of repealing Ordinance #3049 and adding Chapter 2.18 to the Code is to describe the Children and Families Commission (First 5 Calaveras), its duties and procedures, its compliance with state law, and its administrative placement within the Calaveras Health and Human Services Agency.<\/p>\n
This shall take effect and be enforced 30 days after its adoption. <\/p>\n
