BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL MEET AT THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE\/ADMIN CONFERENCE ROOM LOCATED AT 891 MOUNTAIN RANCH ROAD, SAN ANDREAS, CALIFORNIA 95249 SHARPLY AT 1:30 P.M.
