<\/p>\nJackson, CA…Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort welcomes rock and new wave band The FIXX to the Grand Oak Ballroom stage on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 7 p.m. Their visit will kick off their summer-long \u201cBeach Tour,\u201d which will celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the release of their multi-platinum \u201cReach The Beach\u201d album. The FIXX will play the entire \u201cReach The Beach\u201d album live from front to back in addition to other hits and fan favorites from their long, storied career.<\/p>\n

Released in 1983, \u201cReach The Beach\u201d spawned three Top 40 singles; \u201cOne Thing Leads To Another\u201d, \u201cSaved By Zero\u201d and \u201cThe Sign Of Fire\u201d and reached the top ten on Billboard\u2019s Album Chart, Top 100 Singles Chart, Mainstream Rock Chart and received heavy airplay on both MTV and radio throughout the world. <\/p>\n
Long anticipated by fans, the tour will mark the first time The FIXX has endeavored to perform any of their albums in its entirety in a live setting. The FIXX lineup remains identical to that which toured after the original album release. Lead singer Cy Curnin reflects \u201cSo, here we are heading back to the beach that brought us to this brave new world way back when. I wonder how many grains of sand have turned into pearls of wisdom since then. We\u2019re excited to find out.\u201d <\/p>\n
Will Call opens at 5 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. Beer, food, and wine will be available for purchase.<\/p>\n
