Moreno was backing her vehicle out of a private driveway on Alice Lane north of State Route 120. Due to her high level of alcohol intoxication, she allowed her vehicle to travel off of the driveway edge onto a steep soft dirt embankment.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpson.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-37822\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpson.jpg 200w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpson-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/chpson-30x30.jpg 30w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Moreno attempted to drive the vehicle back onto the driveway with no success.  The vehicle&#8217;s front tires dug themselves into a hole.  Moreno called a local tow company who then alerted CHP Dispatch of the incident.  The responding CHP Officer determined Moreno was under the influence of alcohol.
