Allow 1 to 2 hours. <\/p>\n<p>Grove Overlook: A short, moderately rugged trail that extends from the North Grove up the hillside. Allow 1 to 2 hours. <\/p>\n<p>River Canyon Trail: A more strenuous four-mile hike (8 miles round-trip) from the North Grove to the River Picnic Area, via the Scenic Overlook.   Allow 4 to 5 hours. <\/p>\n<p>Lava Bluffs: A moderately strenuous 2.5 mile     lollipop loop trail over rugged terrain. Beware of poison oak. Allow 2 to 3 hours. <\/p>\n<p>Bradley Grove: A moderate 2.5 mile loop trail highlighting a grove of young Giant Sequoia    planted in the 1950s. Allow 2 to 3 hours. <\/p>\n<p>South Grove: A moderate 5 mile (round-trip) hike with optional loop. Features the largest tree in the park.
