Another Mountain Ranch man was driving his Ford Explorer westbound on Stanley Road, approaching Rabbits Foot Road at approximately 25 mph, approaching the motorcycle&#8217;s location. For a yet to be determined reason, the young man allowed his Honda to cross over the double solid yellow lines, directly into the path of the Ford. The front of the Ford collided with front of the Honda within the westbound traffic lane.
