Tuolumne, CA…Last night, Sheriff\u2019s Deputies responded to a home on Sunrise Drive in Tuolumne, for a report of an assault involving a vehicle. 57-year-old Steven Dorsay saw the victim driving on Carter St. in Tuolumne. Dorsay swerved his Ford F350 truck into the victim\u2019s lane, causing her to veer off the road and stop to avoid a collision. Dorsay backed his vehicle up to the driver side of the victim\u2019s Subaru, placed his pickup in reverse and rammed the driver door while the victim was still seated inside.<\/p>\n

The Subaru had extensive damage to the driver door, driver side rear door, and rear fender. Luckily the victim did not sustain any serious injuries.<\/p>\n

Several hours later a Sheriff\u2019s Deputy stopped Dorsay driving a Jeep Liberty near his residence and arrested him on charges of hit and run, vandalism and assault with a deadly weapon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
