\nincludes the eastern foothills, and west slopes of the
\nNorthern Sierra Nevada.<\/p>\n

* WIND…Northeast to East wind 10 to 25 mph with local gusts
\nup to 40 mph. Wind strongest over ridges and through
\nfavorably oriented canyons.<\/p>\n

* HUMIDITY…Widespread poor overnight humidity recoveries
