Carson, Ebbetts &amp; Sonora Pass areas are forecast to receive the deepest layers of snow from these systems. Heavy snow expected above 5000 feet. Blizzard conditions expected above 6500 feet beginning Wednesday evening. Travel will be very difficult to impossible, including during the morning commute on Thursday. The combination of a heavy, wet snow with high winds may down power lines and trees. Between 5000 and 6500 feet, total snow accumulations of 2 to 3 feet, with localized amounts up to 4 feet, are expected.
