A caller to CCSO Dispatch reported that 45 year old Donovan Agasi (of San Andreas) was at that location and possibly causing harm to the resident, a 69 year old female. Upon arrival Deputies detained Donovan Agasi and located the female injured inside the residence. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/shrbadge.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"342\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13296\" srcset=\"https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/shrbadge.jpg 342w, https:\/\/new.thepinetree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/shrbadge-300x175.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 342px) 100vw, 342px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Through investigation Deputies determined that the female had been struck in the head with a hammer causing major injury. The female was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Donovan Agasi was booked in to the Calaveras County Jail on charges of 664\/187(a)PC-Attempted Murder, 245(a)(1)PC-Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and 368(a)PC-Elder Abuse with $1,000,000 bail.
