\nThe 14th annual conference jumpstarts Friday night, May 3, with a picnic supper in a Victorian garden at the home of Antoinette May, followed by a poetry reading from featured guests and a chance for attendees to join at the open mic.

\nSaturday, May 4, offers a rich array of workshops throughout the day and ends with a dinner, followed by a
\npresentation (open to the public) by bestselling novelist Kathleen Kent. http:\/\/www.kathleenkent.com\/<\/p>\n
After the evening presentation, attendees are welcome to participate in an open mic reading before meandering over to the hotel’s saloon to \u2018schmooze\u2019 with friends and enjoy a \u2018nightcap\u2019.<\/p>\n
Sunday, May 5, offers additional morning workshops, then the conference winds down with a lunch and special presentation by bestselling author Joe Quirk.
