Gosney was driving her 2014 Toyota Sienna southbound on State Route 49 ahead of Womack.  Gosney observed a vehicle stopped in the southbound lane to make a left turn onto Fourth Crossing Road.  Gosnel slowed to a stop to the rear of the turning vehicle.  Womack observed the stopped vehicles and applied his motorcycles brakes.  Womack was unable to stop in time and he collided with the right rear portion of the Toyota Sienna.
