Deputies attempted to contact driver of the vehicle however, as they approached, the driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot. Deputies recognized the driver as Johnny Sullivan (35, San Andreas) who had a valid felony warrant for his arrest. ACPD K-9 was deployed and tracked the suspect to a nearby residence. The suspect was eventually located inside the residence and taken into custody without further incident. A search of Sullivan\u2019s vehicle yielded drug paraphernalia (pipes and hypodermic needles) and a usable amount of methamphetamine. <\/p>\n<p>Johnny Sullivan was arrested and transported to the county jail and booked 148(a) PC (resisting arrest), 11364H&#038;S possession of drug paraphernalia, 11377(a) H&#038;S (possession of methamphetamine) and 603 PC (unlawful entry into a residence).
