Rinaldi was driving north in front of Pascual.  Boutelle allowed his vehicle to cross the solid double yellow lines and into the path of Rinaldi.  The left side of Boutelle&#8217;s vehicle struck the left rear of Rinaldi&#8217;s vehicle.  This impact caused Rinaldi to lose control of his vehicle and it overturned twice.
