Jamestown, CA…On August 27, 2019, at approximately 6:47 am, 36-year-old Raymond Martinez of Jamestown, was driving his 1998 GMC Sierra pickup northbound on O\u2019Byrnes Ferry Road, south of Old O\u2019Byrnes Ferry Road at approximately 35 miles per hour. He negotiated a curve in the roadway with a suggested 20 mile per speed limit and lost control of his vehicle. The rear of his vehicle began to slide to the left and Mr. Martinez steered to the right causing his vehicle to further rotate and travel off the east roadway edge. The GMC rolled down the embankment and came to rest on its roof. <\/p>\n
