The draft Election Administration Plan (EAP) was released on August 9th. The EAP outlines the county\u2019s proposal on how to facilitate an All-Mail\/Vote Center election and the various changes in policy and procedure that accompany the transition. Consultations and informational meetings were held in August related to the Voter\u2019s Choice Act.
