PG&#038;E is expecting a 1:00PM total restoration for Friday (new time due to receiving an early all clear). CRC\u2019s remain open with 8AM-8PM business hours.  At the time of writing this Press Release, Calaveras County OES was made aware that a second PSPS event is likely to happen beginning sometime late Saturday October 26, 2019 or early AM Sunday morning October 27, 2019. Limited amounts of details have been received. PG&#038;E has shared with Calaveras County that they are estimating a similar footprint as the 10-8-19 PSPS event. Numbers of customers are to be determined, exact area affected are to be determined and locations of CRC\u2019s are to be determined. Minimize water usage to only critical health and safety needs. Uninterrupted power is required to operate water and sewer treatment plants along with the water distribution and sewer collection system 24\/7. Importantly, all County residents must be prepared to respond to the call for water conservation efforts.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Keep vehicles fueled in preparation for extended outages. Gas station pumps willnot work during power outages.<br \/>\n\u2022Plan for medical needs such as medications that may require refrigeration ordevices that need power.<br \/>\n\u2022Identify backup charging methods for phones and keep hard copies of emergencynumbers.<br \/>\n\u2022Build or restock your emergency kit with food, water, necessary medication,flashlights, fresh batteries, first aid supplies, and cash. Enough supplies for oneweek.
