San Andreas, CA…On December 20, 2019, at about 10:45 AM the Calaveras County Sheriff\u2019s Office received a report from Calaveras High School staff regarding an alleged student who was possibly armed with a firearm. School Administrators quickly placed the school on lockdown and began checking for threats. The juvenile in question was removed from their class and immediately placed in the school office.<\/p>\n

Deputies arrived, conducted a security sweep of the campus and began an investigation. Deputies identified a possible student of interest, no weapons were found.
