San Andreas, CA…The Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has selected Morgan Gace as the organization\u2019s new Chief Executive Officer. This announcement follows Avneet Kaur, former CEO, electing to pursue another opportunity. We wish Avneet the best in her new endeavors.\u00a0 We are thrilled that Morgan was available to make the quick transition and begin serving Calaveras County. \u201cIn initial conversations it became evident that Morgan\u2019s values mirrored the mission of the Chamber: \u00a0to \u201cpromote and foster a healthy community through business advocacy and sustainability,\u201d said Mark Luster, Chamber President. <\/p>\n

\nMorgan\u2019s background is varied across different industries, but rooted in customer service. Working with organizations like Starbucks, medical offices, and an outdoor hardscaping company, she created systems and techniques for training office teams to improve in their communication, leadership, and customer service.<\/p>\n

Passionate about connecting with businesses, Morgan spent the last three years training medical front office and management teams, helping them to improve processes. Wanting to grow and have a framework for her consulting, she joined The John Maxwell Team as an Executive Director, utilizing their coaching, training, and speaking programs.

\n\u201cI\u2019m thrilled to join the Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce!\u00a0 I\u2019ve personally experienced the value of the chamber\u2019s role in the community.\u00a0 I truly believe there is massive potential for businesses in Calaveras and I look forward to being an advocate for each and every member and our community,\u201d\u00a0said Morgan.
