Copperopolis, CA…In October 2019 the Calaveras County Department of Public Works, in partnership with our contractor George Reed, Inc., began construction of the O\u2019Byrnes Ferry Road Left Turn Lane Project in Copperopolis, CA. Due to the heavy rains in December, the soil at the construction site is saturated and crews are unable to continue with construction at this time. The decision has been made to winterize the site and resume construction in the spring when the soil conditions and weather are more appropriate.<\/p>\n
