Local programs and organizations that promote physical, emotional and psychological well-being are eligible to apply. Areas of consideration may include, but are not limited to, Behavioral Health, Dental, Rehabilitation, Men\u2019s Health, Women\u2019s Health, Children\u2019s Health, Veteran\u2019s Programs, Senior Programs, Respite Care, Home Health Services, Community Health Services and Tele-Health Technology.
