San Andreas, CA…Calaveras County Public Health Officer Issues Local Order and Emergency Regulations To protect the health and well-being of all people living in Calaveras County, the Calaveras County Public Health Officer is ordering that all individuals living in Calaveras stay home, except as needed to maintain essential business and governmental operations. This order goes into effect immediately. This order is in place until further notice.<\/p>\n

Essential services will remain open, such as:
\n\uf0b7 Gas stations
\n\uf0b7 Pharmacies
\n\uf0b7 Food: grocery stores, farmers markets, food banks, convenience stores, take-out and delivery restaurants
\n\uf0b7 Banks
\n\uf0b7 Laundromats\/laundry services
\n\uf0b7 Essential local government functions will also remain open, including law enforcement and offices that provide government programs and services.<\/p>\n

Non-essential services should be closed immediately, such as:
\n\uf0b7 Public events and any gatherings
\n\uf0b7 Dine-in restaurants, bars, wineries, tasting rooms
\n\uf0b7 Churches and places of worship
\n\uf0b7 Second hand stores, thrift stores, consignment stores, flea markets, and antique stores
\n\uf0b7 Hair and nail salons, barber shops, spas, massage parlors, and tattoo parlors.
\n\uf0b7 Public, private, and non-profit special events involving shared physical space.
\n\uf0b7 Visitor and convention centers.
\n\uf0b7 Guided sporting activities such as guided fishing and hunting.
\n\uf0b7 Fish, bait and tackle shops.
\n\uf0b7 Recreational boating, including the use of either motorized or non-motorized vessels or watercraft.
\n\uf0b7 Any similar location, venue, or activity.<\/p>\n
