Carlos Vigil was driving his 2006 Chrysler Town and Country westbound on SR-4, approaching Northwood Drive, traveling approximately 55 mph, approaching the Subaru. Mr. Harris made a left turn, towards Northwood Drive, directly into the path of Mr. Vigil. Mr. Vigil swerved to the right in an attempt to avoid a collision with the Subaru.
