This allows property owners to comply with “Stay at Home” orders. Property owners currently in possession of a previously issued permit should review safety regulations printed on the front and ensure their permit is still valid.

The https://burnpermit.fire.ca.gov/apply-for-a-permit/ website is the preferred method of obtaining a permit. Applicants will watch a three-minute educational video, fill out an online application, print the permit and once signed the permit will be valid.

Property owners requiring an alternate means of obtaining a permit are asked to call our headquarters office during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.) at 209-754-3831 for assistance.

Follow us on Twitter: @CALFIRETCU and on Facebook @CAL FIRE Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit www.fire.ca.gov

San Andreas, CA…A little over one week remains for “Open Burning” in the CAL FIRE Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit.
