When the sergeant shined his flashlight into the window and announced his presence, the female, later identified as 30-year-old Elizabeth Cooper of Sonora, laid down on the sofa and pretended to be asleep.<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth ignored several commands to exit the RV. With the assistance of CHP \u2013 Sonora, the sergeant entered the RV to retrieve Elizabeth. Elizabeth continued to be uncooperative and spit into the sergeant face while she was being handcuffed.<\/p>\n<p>The owner of the RV was eventually contacted, and Elizabeth was not supposed to be inside the RV.
