San Andreas, CA…The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) will be conducting live fire training in Arnold. The training will occur at 2517 Hwy 4, Arnold, CA at the CAL FIRE Arnold Fire Station. Approximately 8 acres are planned for prescribed burning during the training. Smoke will be visible in the Arnold area during the training.

The one-day live fire training will commence at 9:00 A.M., Thursday, May 21st, and will conclude by 5:00 P.M. Resources utilized to conduct the training will consist of four fire engines.
