Copperopolis, CA…The Calaveras County Public Works Department will be making repairs to the bridge railing of O’Byrnes Ferry Bridge at the Tuolumne County line. Construction crews will be working from 7am to 7pm on Friday, May 29th to repair nearly 150 feet of damaged bridge railing in the eastbound lane. Large construction equipment will be located within the work zone, resulting in closure of the eastbound lane during this time. One lane of the bridge will remain open with traffic control at both ends of the bridge for the duration of work. Please plan accordingly for the expected traffic delays of up to 15 minutes.
