Subject last seen 05/26/2020 at bedtime. Subject left during the night was discovered missing at approx 0822 hours. Subject has had brain surgeries and minor stroke causing a speech impediment. Mild learning disabilities, torn rotor cuff left shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome and degenerative arthritis in left wrist.

Family advised a dark blue 1988 Toyota 2 Door Pickup Truck is missing, and it is believed the vehicle is occupied by the subject. License plate 3N51579 Vehicle has Harley Davidson stickers on back of vehicle, oxidized paint, dents on hood and two inch rear lift.
