Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort Announces Reopening Plans for June 8

Jackson, CA…The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians today announced plans for the anticipated reopening of Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort (JRCR) on Monday, June 8 at noon. Over the course of the last several weeks, JRCR has been working around the clock to implement a strategic reopening plan that aims to protect guests and employees from COVID-19 by:

Increasing cleaning and disinfecting protocols, especially on frequently touched surfaces
Encouraging social distancing in all high traffic areas
Placing Plexiglass barriers, stanchions, line queuing and signage throughout the property
Providing hand sanitizing stations for guests and employees throughout the property
Increasing sanitizing measures at each table game, including efforts to carefully sanitize chips and change cards on handheld games more frequently
Reducing the numbers of seats offered at each table game while prohibiting onlookers
Reconfiguring the casino floor to allow for increased distance amongst guests
Requiring that all employees have their temperature checked prior to entrance, conduct a self-assessment health screening and wear a facemask while working
Requiring that all guests have their temperature checked, are wearing a facemask and have hand sanitizer applied prior to entrance

The reopening will be presented in phases that will allow JRCR to gradually reopen its gaming floor, food outlets and entertainment options. Operations of Slots, Table Games, Lone Wolf, Pacific Grill, Margaret’s Bakery, the Hotel and the RV Park will resume immediately. The Buffet, transportation services, entertainment options, Valet, Poker and Arcade will remain closed at this time and will return at a later date.
