No further details are available at this time.

Details of the fatal collision
Party #1 (Tzur) was driving a 2002 Ford Mustang, southbound within a private driveway, north of SR-4, and preparing to enter eastbound SR-4. Party #2 (Steele) was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, westbound on SR-4, at an undetermined speed, and approaching Party #1’s location. For reasons still under investigation, Party #1 unsafely entered SR-4 directly in the path of the approaching Party #2. The front of the Chevrolet collided with the left side of the Ford within the westbound lane of SR-4. The collision caused the Ford to spin out of control and leave the roadway on the south side, and the Chevrolet came to rest within the westbound lane. Both Party #2 and his passenger were transported to Modesto Memorial Hospital for moderate to major injuries. Unfortunately, Party #1 sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Alcohol and/or drugs are not believed to have been a factor in this collision. This collision is still under investigation.
