Arnold, CA…Just in case you missed it: Arnold Branch Library has re-opened. Our new hours are Wed-Thu-Fri-Sat 11am to 3pm. We are closed Sun, Mon, Tues, and holidays. For the protection of our patrons, staff, volunteers and our materials collection, face coverings are mandatory and you must make use of our touchless hand sanitizer station before entering the building.
