Sonora, CA…Wednesday morning, Deputy V. Lee was patrolling the area of Mono Way and Tuolumne Road when he conducted a traffic stop on a car for multiple equipment violations. During the traffic stop, Deputy Lee utilized his K9 partner, Zeus, to conduct a sniff of the vehicle. Zeus produced alerts to the presence of drugs inside the vehicle. A subsequent search of the driver, 32-year-old Jose Delarosa of Modesto, and his car turned up large quantities of varying illegal drugs.

Jose was arrested for possession and transportation of illegal drugs and possession of drugs for sale.
